Avoid overwhelm when building community with an operational & business-minded approach

SVP, New Products @ Commsor

What you will learn:

  • The questions you ask yourself when creating a new community.
  • How much time do you need to properly launch a community?
  • The first person you need to hire to attract people to join your community.

Ever since Brian got online in the late 1990’s, he has been fascinated with building communities and creating great digital experiences. He was fortunate to turn his passion into a career, helping hundreds of companies connect with their customers to build an engine for engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

From a Content Moderator to the Vice President of Customer Experience and Global Community, he has amassed a vast library of knowledge, experience, and wisdom through the benefit of hindsight that he’s leveraged to help companies accelerate their initiatives.

Today, he’s thinking about the future of communities and building what’s next at Commsor. We will be watching closely to see what he creates.

In the meantime Brian is curious to know what bright ideas for products, tools, and features you want for your community. Share them here.
