Elaine is the mum of three young adults who were complex as children. She co-founded the first global coaching organization for parenting complex kids, teaching the Impact Model. This model is a comprehensive and empowering collaborative problem-solving method for fostering independence.

Elaine is also the co-author of “Parenting ADHD Now! Easy Intervention Strategies to Empower Kids with ADHD”.

Furthermore, she is the author of the “The Essential Guide to Raising Complex Kids with ADHD, Anxiety and More”. A typical parenting book for kids who aren’t so typical.
