What you will learn:
Nicole has been working in various forms of community management and communications for over 12 years. In the last 5 years she’s significantly expanded the community program at Zendesk, adding a virtual event component, and she is currently working on launching both user groups and a customer advocacy program.
Under Nicole’s leadership Zendesk has expanded the community team 6x, and has moved this team from support and is now integrated into the marketing department of the organisation as their scope has expanded.
Nicole’s signature approach comes down to working cross-functionally and collaboratively with other teams across the business.
