Today you are going wild swimming with me. Creating this new habit in my life helped me to reflect on why we don’t do the things we have thought many times about doing.
I share with you the steps to take to actually DO the things you’ve been wanting to do for ages and for some unknown reason you are still not doing.
We talk about how to make change happen in our lives and how difficult that can be sometimes.
When we become more conscious about HOW to bring about change then we can more easily realise our dreams and do those things that make us feel so happy.
